This policy explains how NexomandwebPro (“we”, “us”), operated by Pablo Mandiola in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit nexomandwebpro.org or contact us. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

2. What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
  • WhatsApp, email or phone: if you contact us this way, we receive your phone number or email address, your name or profile name, and the content of your messages.
  • Technical information: your IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, recorded in our hosting provider’s server logs and security tools.

Please do not send sensitive information (such as health or financial details or identification numbers) through the form or WhatsApp.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your inquiries and prepare quotes.
  • To deliver and manage the services you request.
  • To communicate with you about your project.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Consent

We ask for your consent before using your information. When you submit the contact form, you confirm it by ticking a box that is not pre-checked. When you message us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, you start the conversation and we reply to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual requirements.

We only send marketing or promotional electronic messages if you have given express consent, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every such message identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe.

Our form uses a hidden field, a timing check and a limit on repeated submissions. The limit uses a temporary, hashed identifier that expires within one hour.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you, such as our web hosting provider, our email provider and WhatsApp (owned by Meta) if you choose to message us there. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

6. Where it is stored

Our providers may store or process information in Canada or in other countries, including the United States. Information held in another country may be accessed by authorities there under that country’s laws.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed to answer you, provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Safeguards and breaches

We protect information with HTTPS, access controls, software updates and backups. No online system is completely secure. If a breach of security safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm, we will report it to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and notify the people affected, as the law requires. We keep a record of all breaches.

9. Your rights

  • Ask for access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it.
  • Withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your information.
  • Ask questions about our practices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we will ask for your consent again where required.
